Shipping in Australia

Thanks for shopping with Ecoffee Cup.

Our shipping rates depend on the number of units ordered and the cost for delivery is shown in the checkout. As examples, orders placed to an Australian delivery address incur the following nationwide delivery charges:

  • $9.90 (inclusive of GST) for single (1) unit ordered.
  • $14.40 (inclusive of GST) for 2 units ordered.
  • $18.00 (inclusive of GST) for 3-4 units ordered.
  • $21.00 (inclusive of GST) for 5-6 units ordered.
  • $24.00 (inclusive of GST) for 7-8 units ordered.

We use Australia Post E Parcel for delivery from Melbourne (2-5 business days from dispatch depending where you are located) with signature on delivery.

Please allow a little more time for all WA, FNQ and NT deliveries.

We aim to ship all orders within 24-48 hours of being received. We ship orders on weekdays ONLY (excluding Public Holidays).

Please note using Australia Post for delivery means we CAN & DO deliver to PO Box addresses.

Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we’re unable to redirect orders once the cups are on their way to you. Double check you have provided the CORRECT delivery address and postcode.

If your order is more than 20 cups, we may need to charge an additional shipping cost depending on your location, but we will contact you about this order and any additional cost. Any issues with 20+ cup bulk order please contact us at [email protected]

If you suspect a lost delivery please contact us quoting your name, order number and full address and we will look into it for you straight away.

Delivered when you’re not at home?

Australia Post should leave you a card letting you know that a delivery has been attempted. The card should have detailed instructions informing you on how to obtain your parcel from your local Post Office. You will have a specified period from the date of attempted delivery to pick up the item, after this date items will automatically be returned to us. If the item is returned to us in this way, you may be charged a return postage fee and we will need to charge again for postage before sending the item out again. We will contact you via your email address about resending your package.

To avoid delays in delivering your parcel, we recommend having your item shipped to your daytime address (for example, your work address). And always double check the address and postcode you provide us to ensure it is correct.

Please note your packaging may include “packaging peanuts” to prevent movement and protect your cup during shipping. So what are the packaging peanuts made from and how can they be disposed of?

The brand of packaging peanuts, Bio-Fill, is:

  • Made from Natural Starch
  • 100% biodegradable,
  • Degradable in compost,
  • Environmentally friendly.
  • Disposable in water (dissolves in water)
  • Hypoallergenic
  • It is not harmful to adults or children if accidently eaten.

DISPOSAL: It can either be watered down and therefore completely dissolves or it can be added to compost. Alternatively consumers can contact their local Council Recycling Centre.

Deliveries to New Zealand

Thanks for shopping with Ecoffee Cup from across the Tasman.

Please note our website pricing is in AUD – so your order maybe subject to exchange rate variation.

We use DHL E-Commerce Parcel Plus for all postage to New Zealand.

As we deliver from Melbourne Australia, you MUST provide Phone Number AND email address in your order for delivery into NZ with DHL.

Please note DHL is a trackable service.

Postage costs to New Zealand are as follows:

  • AUD $16.00 for one cup order
  • Additional charges apply for each unit for up to 8 additional cups. The total delivery cost for 9 cups is AUD$35.00.

If your order to NZ is more than more than 9 cups we will contact you directly about this, as there maybe additional shipping charges and different courier.

Deliveries to NZ usually takes 5-10 working days to arrive depending on your location.

Please note any duty or taxes for inbound goods into NZ are not included in this cost and are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Returns

Thanks for shopping with Ecoffee Cup. We pride ourselves on our product quality so we apologise if are not satisfied with our cup.

Ecoffee Cup allows you 15 days to return a product that you are not satisfied with. Your right of return starts from the moment your order is delivered. Please return the product to us within this time frame, at your own expense with your invoice. We request that you send us the Ecoffee Cup products by registered post and that you purchase insurance with your carrier for the value of the merchandise. This is necessary should they lose or damage the goods. Shipping fees remain your responsibility.

The right of return only applies to products that are returned in their original, complete condition. Any product that has been damaged, is not in its original packaging, or has packaging that has been worn beyond simply opening the product, may not be refunded. The above deadlines are effective from the date of receipt of the order.

Refunds

A refund will be credited to your original payment method within 10 days of us receiving the returned goods. Please note some banks may take longer to credit your account. We are not liable and cannot take any responsibility for any bank charges that you may incur during the refund process. Please note that the original postage charge is not refunded.
